Automated Watering System

Hello! My name is Kyle and I am the lead contributor to this automated watering system project. My Computer Science and Software Engineering teacher, Mr. Lange, asked me to help with this project back in April of 2015. He has given me time in class to work on our project and I have used it wisely. It will measure moisture levels in the soil and when the plant needs water, it will automatically give it water. While that is the main purpose of the project, we have added many accessories to it: including 3D printed parts, temperature sensors, and SD card logging just to name a few.
